Fresh Shell Eggs
Our core offering: Class A shell eggs sourced from selected European and approved international production partners, supplied fresh for retail, wholesale and foodservice channels across Europe.
Class A is the top EU grading tier for shell eggs: natural, unwashed and untreated, with no cracks or defects, and sold within strict freshness windows. It’s the standard used for eggs sold directly to consumers — which is why retailers, bakeries and foodservice kitchens build their orders around it. We supply both white and brown eggs across all four standard EU size classes, packed to retail cartons, wholesale trays, or your own private-label design.

02 — FOOD PROCESSING
Industrial Shell Eggs
For manufacturers who process eggs further, we supply Class B shell eggs intended exclusively for food-processing applications — not for direct retail sale.
Class B covers shell eggs that don’t meet Class A’s cosmetic or freshness criteria for the retail shelf, but are perfectly suitable once they go into further processing. Because they’re intended for the food industry rather than the consumer, they’re typically supplied to manufacturers who break, pasteurize or otherwise process the eggs themselves.
